Ensure continued compliance with external laws and internal policies pertaining to records retention.
Ensure proper handling of files on hold due to Office of General Counsel ( "OGC") preservation or production requests.
Design standard records management business processes, ( e. g. , to ensure compliance with retention policy, ensure client confidentiality, safeguard files, etc. )
Design and implement innovative technology and tools to manage risk.
Build a strong, compliance- focused Records Management organization in partnership with Field Operations leadership, and to improve service provided to internal customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Create new files for U. S. practitioners; manage US India records; perform quality assurance reviews on data entry performed in U. S. ; support data manipulation for Central Files office moves in U. S.
Management of processes and special projects involving analysis, reporting and follow- up.
Execute processes to ensure compliance with records policies and procedures, through the development of reporting packages and dashboards, follow- up and escalation of issues, administration of quality programs.
Required skills:
Detail- oriented.
Quality assurance skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Experience working within a global organization, including experience working virtually is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills, active listening, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Ability to work well with other team members in both the US and India.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize time, as well as work on multiple tasks with ongoing deadlines.
Ability to take initiative and work independently to provide reporting support to clients and stakeholders.
