? Remote system administration.
? Installing, configuring and troubleshooting printer, scanner, plug and play devices, POS equipment?s.
? PDA?s, Kiosk, MFD, IPhone, IPad etc.
? Troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications, Adobe suite, Dream weaver, Outlook, etc.
? Antivirus client software troubleshooting, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting.
? Expertise in Desktop OS Imaging? Hand held OS? SCCM management
? Good knowledge of Windows OS and should have worked on similar projects
? Should have ITIL Awareness
