Job Description:
1. Inclination to work in a development support and maintenance role in SAP BW.
2. Strong Customer-centricity with proven ability to work under pressure and manage critical customer situations
3. Proven track record of high performance with strong learning orientation • Being a strong team player

5. To develop deep product expertise at technical and functional level, and to take full code ownership for the assigned BW Web Java Runtime topics
6. To provide high quality of support to SAP BW Customers and resolve product issues reported via customer and internal messages at the Development Support level for the owned product releases
7. To ensure high quality of corrections and high BW Java patch quality enabling customers to incorporate the fixes rapidly with low TCO.
8. Efficient interaction and collaboration with other teams/stakeholders e.g. Primary Support, Development, other IMS teams etc., to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of support for SAP customers
Candidate Profile:
1. Completion of BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA course with a minimum aggregate percentage of 65%
2. High Proficiency in Core Java is mandatory
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to expediently perform thorough root-cause analysis via debugging of complex code, and to formulate appropriate fixes for identified bugs
4. Prior BW experience and/or ABAP experience will be preferred
