3. Hands on experience in installation/upgrade and Migration on various OS platforms.
4. Hands on experience in setting up Distributed Queuing
5. Basic Understanding of JMS Concepts
6. Hands on experience in cluster concepts active-active or active-passive
7. Hands on experience in MQ Cluster concepts of partial and full repository
8. Hands on experience in SSL configuration for WMQ
9. Good Understanding of ITIL Process
10. Good Troubleshooting Skills.
11. Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
