Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product expertise.
Resolve customer messages at the Development Support level.
Ensure high quality of corrections and support packages.
Continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.
Take KT of new topics/codelines from development team.
Requirements :
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree from a recognised university.
Should have a Minimum of 65% throughout.
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
High Proficiency in Java and J2EE experience with good understanding of Objected Oriented Concepts.
High performance and learning orientation.
