5. Attending day to day service Request.
6. Ensure 100% compliance on Service Lease Agreement (SLA).
Job Description :
Honeywell requires a Field Service Engineer:
1. Studying the system as implemented on site.
2. Ensure 100% renewal of existing AMC and generate sales leads for Add-on Business.
3. 95% compliance to resolution time SLA.
4. Respond to all customer queries and deliverables and ensure overall NPS.
5. Ensure 100% compliance month on month.
6. Develop the ability to setup the entire system in case of any major breakdowns.
7. Supervise a team of sub contractors to get the day to day activities done.
