** CANDIDATES FROM MID-TIER IT COMPANY SERVICING TO BANKING/ TELECOM DOMAIN FOR IT SKILLS SHOULD ONLY APPLY **
* Candidate should have good knowledge of different technological skill set hiring within the TAT.
* Should have in-depth understanding of mapping skillset availability with different industry/ organisation to attract talent from the local area.
* Should be innovative with ideas to fullfill the requirements in as minimum time as possible.
* Candidate should posses excellect communication and negotiation skill.
* Should able to convert the available talent pool to map with the requirements.
* Should be good in mantaining skillset mapping database and proactive in requirement closure.
* Should have experience in bulk hiring for project allocation.
* Should have understanding of the local market talent pool.
* Should be self-motivated and eager to take up responsibility.
