Work Force management
Real time management
Forecasting and scheduling
Excel 2010 and Outlook 2010
PPT 2010 and Word 2010
Database management Preferred SQL, any other DB software(examples MySQL , PostGre SQL) are fine.
Knowledge of VBA , macros and automation
Good with Statistics and mathematics
Short learning curve
Flexible and adaptive (ADHOC reporting or influx in volumes may require the analyst to stretch )
