Job Description :
Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries
Talk to customers in Australia
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Mentor other team members and provide coaching and training.
Candidate Profile
- Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Have knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Be open to work in any shift timing night shifts or any other rotational work shifts (early morning/late evening)
- Should not be pursuing any regular course/educational program which may conflict with the work timings
