Job Description :
1. Updating and maintaining service line data records
2. Provide service line support and technical issue resolution via email, phone etc.
3. Maintain data integrity as part of master data management
4. Provide analysis, data clean-up and advise on operational issues
5. Assist User Support Manager / Senior Consultant when required
Candidate Profile:
1. Candidate should possess degree in Commerce/ Accounting from a recognised university.
2. Should have knowledge of SQL (basic)
3. Exposure to project management environment/PMO is highly desirable
4. Should have good interpersonal skills
5. Should have Proficiency in MS Office-particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Work
6. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
