Job Description:
1.Overall 10+ years of experience with proven knowledge of Program and Project management methodologies, techniques and best practices
2.Expert in handling large program involving multiple streams of projects in onsite-offshore delivery model
3.Excellent client handling and stakeholders expectation management skills to ensure smooth delivery of project
4.Setup WAR room, create tracking reports and discuss progress on daily/weekly basis
5.Creation of details project plan for each functional area and overall program
6.Creation of governance model to highlight/mandate business managers/teams to have active participation in project
7.progress project key metrics and status tracking and progress reporting
