Job Description :
Research on M&A deals using company press releases, RNS statements, proprietary databases, Annual Reports, Quarterly statement.
Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the analysis and client defined parameters.
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills in English
Keen Interest in Secondary Research
Ability to interpret data and aid in arriving at the key findings
Decision making and judgment
Basic Knowledge of definition of Mergers, acquisition, Joint Ventures, Amalgamation, Capital Market, knowledge and Calculation of Balance Sheet Ratios, Equity and Fixed Income markets
Strong Knowledge on Accounting / Financial Concepts taught in Degree College
Awareness on Daily updates on Current Affairs, Real Time News, etc.
Proficient in MS Office
Finance Graduate – Fresher. (Bcom / BAF / BMS / BBA / BBI, etc )
NSE / BSE / NCFM related courses can be an added advantage
MBA,MMS,ICWA,CFP (completed/pursuing/plannind to pursue)may not Apply.
Shift Timings:
Rotations NightShifts (7am 2.30pm, 2.30pm 10pm and 10pm 7am.) No Exceptions.
Transport Boundary Limits: Churchgate / CST till Mira Road, Vashi and Kalyan.
