Job Description :
1. To prepare the estimates of the project.
2. Finding the quantities of each item of work.
3. Preparing bar bending schedule.
4. Preparing daily reports for the work done.
5. Inspecting and estimation of material as per drawings.
Candidate Profile:
1. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or similar industry. Candidates with knowledge of Basics of Insurance in Property and Casualty domain are given preference.
2. Ability to stretch and ready to work for long hours including on Saturdays for the initial 6 months and when required by business.
3. Ability to comprehend & apply judgment on information provided.
4. Ability to work in teams and deliver team goals.
5. Understanding the sense of urgency since the process required to deliver requests in shorter turnaround times.
6. Apply critical thinking and critical decision making for completing transactions.
7. Flexible to get cross trained to enhance insurance knowledge.
8. Open to feedback and ability to improve based on feedbacks.
9. Open to work on Indian holidays to support the clients business requirements.
10. Strong reasoning and comprehension ability.
11. Qualitative and Quantitative analytical ability, with eye for detail and contribute for process improvements.
12. Demonstrated delivery of high quality of Accuracy consistently.
13. Flexible to take initiatives apart from core job.
