esponsible for assessing all the applicants for a voice process Co-coordinate with the HR coordinators for telephonic assessment and personal interviews. Mentor and coach new trainers on the job Understand the training requirements for the process and accordingly assess the candidate. Conduct calibration between internal & external trainers. Liaise with consultants for interviews. Perform Quality Assessments and Audits to improve the assessment. Mentor and coach new assessors on the job. Conduct calls calibrations. Respond and resolve issues arising out of interactions with Operations /recruitment team. Conduct timely meetings to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised.
