Roles & Responsibilities :
Coordinate with Onshore team/client on various operational support issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Strong understanding of Solaris,Redhat Linux and Windows Server
Need to be certified in Solaris or Redhat Linux
Knowledge of TCP/IP & Networking.
Basic knowledge of SAN/NAS
Knowledge of Oracle basic concepts
Good working knowledge on Windows servers & client
Citrix administration will be an added advantage
Good Communication skills
