To provide Production Support for General Insurance applications.
This will include the resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs, co-ordination and deployment of changes and driving improvements to improve service
Work will be in UK shifts with Oncall Rota.

Good Analytical skills to be able to solve problems, thinking laterally.
Good English communication skills to be able to explain issues or problems or solutions in detail to both internal and external parties
Be Able to learn quickly and apply new skills
Desired Profile :
Technical Skills
Experience using Unix and Windows environment
Experience in using SQL
Experience in a scripting language (eg Perl, Shell scripting)
Experience in any programming language (.Net, Java, Cobol, C etc.,)
