Fresher or atleast 6 months experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote
knowledge Basic troubleshooting
Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/lotus note-To solve the technical problems remotely.
Knowledge of Software Installation.
Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
Desired candidate profile :
Good communication skills.
Should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments
Basic technical knowlegde on outlook , windows.
Good confidence level.
