4. Should be strong in Smoke, Integration, System (Functional, Regression Testing, GUI, Compatibility etc) and Adhoc Testing
5. Should have basic knowledge on Testing process
6. Very good in writing database queries
7. Excellent in communication skills
8. Very good team player
Secondary Skill Set :
1. Automation experience/knowledge
2. Testing Certifications
3. Quick learner, Innovative thinking
4. Good analytical and reasoning skills
