Job Description :
At least 3 years of experience in Service and Support of enterprise Saas products is required
Strong Windows, Mac, and Linux system admin/management skills
Strong mobile application diagnostic experience and support
Thorough understanding of enterprise networks, internet protocols, and secure communications
Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Wireshark, Fiddler, WebEx hosting is a plus
Superior communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work in and with remote teams
Strong accountability and consistency in work habits
