Job Description    :
iGATE Global Solutions, requires a Customer Support Engineer/Technician

1. Responsible for providing service assurance to Reliance Web Store Users.

2. Resolving application related issues of Lotus Notes, LAN, Printer, Scanner and 
troubleshooting, Network monitoring.

3. Installation and configuration of business application software (i.e. MS Windows 
XP/Vista, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus)

4. Log incidents to different 3rd party suppliers and constantly chase up for 
updates and

5. Quicker resolutions to minimize the overall downtime and to have overall greater productivity.
   

Job Skills:

1. Good Communication Skills

2. Experience in Hardware & Desktop level support , Web-Browser , Antivirus 
Clients , Email Clients , OS like Windows

3. Good Experience in Hardware Maintenance and Desktop Level Support

4. Ability to Understand and support devices likes Desktops/ Laptops, Printers and ready to work in field

5. Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, 
Printer, & Windows based applications.
