Job Description

Business/Functional (Knowledge/Experience):
• Knowledge of Financial Services Industry, including but not limited to Insurance, Banking, Securities
• Should have followed/or have knowledge of AMS related processes like incident management, change management etc.
Technical Skills (Knowledge/Experience): (Include tools, methodologies, processes)
• Three to Seven years of overall experience, including, developing logical and physical data model, data profiling,
data warehousing, data cleansing, migration, and archival solutions.
• Should have demonstrated history of successful deliveries across multiple domain and technologies, including
enterprise data warehouse, data integration and data migration projects.
• Ability to work with technical and functional analysts to translate functional and technical requirements, into a
design, and a design into a realized and tested solution
• Expert experience in technical database design, administration and support, including demonstrated experience
working with structured methodologies and participating in the design and development of large-scale applications in a
distributed computing environment
• Should have expertise on ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, AbInitio etc
• Should have 2-6 years hands on experience on Informatica including but not limited to creation of mappings,
mapplets, resuable transformation, job scheduling and performance tuning
• Expert experience with relational database platform architecture, design, administration and support including but
not limited to indexing, partitioning, parallelism, performance
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
• Knowledge of SDLC processes, standards and methodologies
