Identifying Training needs of the sales staff by having discussions with local sales leadership.
Design and execute a training calendar in consultation with ATM/ RTM.
Create, capture, and maintain MIS. Generate various reports about various training activities and its effect on the performance
Maintain inventories / files & related documentation for Sales Training Team
Undertake all such activities for the effective implementation of training strategy under the guidance ATM/ RTM
