HDFC Bank Openings for Associate Manager - System Analyst
Job Description :
Resolution of all incidents and service requests raised as per SLA
Ability to understand the technical architecture and functional flow of applications.
Track all errors/bugs, RCA and report status weekly.
Providing immediate response communication and resolution communication of problems raised with HDFCSL -IT.
Additional initiatives to be taken towards improvement of systems.
Implementation of change requests in co-ordination with Project team.
Following internal change management process for change requests.
Managing internal and external user /department expectation by timely resolutions and review meetings.
Managing onsite resources and allocation of service requests to them.
Weekly review of incidents and service request logged and tracking status of all request raised by business users.
Managing & tracking of all vendor payments.
Ensure project / activity status reports for each application is sent to the vendor on a weekly basis.
Vendor performance status reports (as per defined format) to be sent to the reporting manager on a weekly basis.
Cost Savings through Estimation Reviews & Negotiations on Contracts / Developments. Will be tracked by reporting manager
Managing all AMC contracts and timely review with internal legal team.
Development and Support experience in .net ,MS SQL or PL/SQL
Understanding of database Architecture.
