Position Overview As a Software Developer - PS/Customization, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer requirements by customizing our product to their needs. The activities you would be part of include technical research, requirements analysis, high level and technical design, implementation of customizations to the product, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance. We have many projects for which we need hardworking and skilled individuals. Replicons professional services team is enthusiastic and highly customer focused. The more you prove your ability to deliver real solutions to problems with a positive attitude, the more flexibility and freedom you will have to write software the way you want. Being able to write long resumes does not impress us; being able to write good software impresses us (its a lot harder). Key Responsibilities Working within the Professional Services team, specifically on the customization of commercial web-based software products and integration with third party ERP/CRM applications. Flexible to work during US/Canada work hours and attend to high priority issues which may arise in customizations done before Design, implement, and tune changes to the product that work within the time-tracking / project management environment Be understanding and sensitive to customer requirements so as to be able to offer alternative solutions Keep in pace with the product releases Work within Replicons software development expectations, processes, and quality initiatives Work to accurately evaluate risk and estimate software development tasks Strive to continually improve technical and developmental skills.
Desired Profile Qualifications
Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
2+ years of software development experience (C#)
Experience with Web Services, JSON and SQL
Experienced in web development/maintenance (ASP.NET), desktop based applications, console applications among other .net based applications
Experienced in AJAX, LINQ and DHTML
Strong analytical/debugging skills
(Preferable) Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL Server
Timings : 8PM to 5AM IST
Experience 3 - 5 Years
